Simplify, simplify, simplify. This year we are introducing a new, simpler Closing Agreement for hot tub and swim spa customers.
As we close out the summer of 2022, we ask in advance for your patience and cooperation as we make every effort to deliver the best possible service experience for each of our customers under persistent supply chain delays and labor shortages.
Please review the Terms & Conditions portion of the agreement. Understanding the extent of work that we will do (and in some cases, “won’t do”) at your opening helps ensure that all your expectations are met.
