Have been using Arvidson Pool in Crystal Lake for several years, extremely professional and helpful both on the phone and in person. Have needed them in a couple of emergency situations, and they have been able to accommodate in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work
We had amazing customer service when our hot tub broke. The part was difficult to get at and almost needed to be sent to the shop and taken apart for hundreds of dollars but Jim creatively found a solution to fix it it the freezing cold rain. It works great!! I cannot say enough about this young man. He provided excellent customer service by fixing the hot tub and recommended other services that would be helpful for my son who has mobility issues. Great service!! Great company!!

They have pool school to teach you how to maintain your pool yourself, or offer great service to help take that burden off to keep your pool sparkling clean and running perfectly.
