Paramount Advisory Committee Enterprise

Arvidson President, Dennis Marunde, presents at the Annual PACE Conference. The PACE (Paramount Advisory Committee Enterprise) met at the end of September 2015 to discuss a wide range of topics affecting the pool industry.

Dennis’ presentation focused on Quality Assurance and provided valuable information about how to improve the customer experience by gathering data from surveys (both internally and through third party survey expert, Guild Quality), online review sites (Yelp, Facebook), and using both good and bad feedback to make relevant change in your operations.

The goal of PACE (a group of approximately 60 elite pool dealers from around the world) is to raise the level of professionalism in the pool industry by encouraging ethical business practices, developing safer construction practices, attracting and retaining quality employees, and finding ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
