Through it all, you’ve continued to support our stores by switching to online ordering during the early days of the pandemic and honoring our request for face masks and social distance protocols as our stores reopened. We couldn’t think of a better time than now to launch this program and say thank you to our customers for your continued loyalty to Arvidson Pools & Spas.”
It’s simple to enroll and start earning points toward store credits. Here’s how it works:
Submit the Enrollment Form
Simply click on the button below to update your current contact information and check the enrollment box. Once we receive your form, we’ll enroll you in the Rewards Program and you’ll start earning credits on all of your Arvidson retail purchases in-store and online.
Earn a $5 Store Credit Each Time you Earn 100 Points
Our system will automatically keep track of your retail purchases and you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. When you’ve reached 100 points, we’ll apply a $5 credit on your customer account.
Early Buy Chemical Purchases Count Toward Your Points
This program is retroactive to the start of the Early Buy program (January 18), so if you’ve already purchased chemicals this year, those purchase totals will be allocated toward the program once we’ve received your enrollment form.

What Purchases Qualify for Points?
All in-store and online retail purchases will count toward your points totals so think pool and hot tub chemicals, pool toys, floats, and accessories, candles, etc. Hot tubs, above ground pools, saunas, patio furniture, holiday lighting services, service agreements, and pool construction are not eligible for this program.
Rewards Program FAQs
Do my online purchases qualify for points? Yes, but only if you have notified us that you want to be enrolled in the program and have acknowledged that you understand the rules and regulations of the program. To do that, you must complete the enrollment form on our website, visit any store location and complete an enrollment form, or call our stores and speak with a Retail Associate. Once enrolled, you will receive points for both online and in-store retail purchases.
How Can I Use Store Credits?
Store credits earned can be applied to all Arvidson purchases and services. This includes hot tubs and other large ticket items, service agreements, holiday lighting, and new pool construction. However, any unused store credits expire after six months from the date they are applied to your account.
Will I Earn Points for 2021 Early Buy Purchases Already Made?
Yes, any Early Buy purchases dating back to the start of this year’s promotion on January 18, 2021 will retroactively apply once we’ve received enrollment notification from you.
Do Retail Taxes Paid Count Toward Point Earnings?
No, you cannot receive points on the retail taxes paid, only on the net total of your purchases before tax.

Program Rules & Restrictions
Members will earn one point for every dollar spent on retail purchases. Not valid on hot tubs, swim spas, above ground pools, saunas, patio furniture, service agreements, and custom pool construction projects. Points will accrue until a customer reaches 100 points at which time a $5 store credit will be applied to your account and points will reset to 0. For example, if a single purchase is $250, you will earn 250 points and a $10 store credit will be applied to your account. When you’ve spent $50 more, you will earn an additional $5 credit. Points are earned on dollars spent so if you use a store credit on a purchase, you will only earn points on the portion of the purchase over and above the store credit. Store credits expire 6 months from the date they are posted to an account.
